¡Globalquerquito! – A School Day Celebration

Every year, ¡Globalquerque! throws a mini-festival for the school kids of greater Albuquerque and

around the state.

​

Friday morning  the National Hispanic Cultural Center’s Plaza Mayor is turned into a special interactive

mini-festival for students and teachers to explore the cultures of two visiting ¡Globalquerque! artists! 

This year 's artists India's KIRAN AHLUWALIA and her band along with Swedish group KOLONIEN will

be on hand to enthrall and educate.

Come share some great music, educational outreach and artist engagement with your students. This

event is geared towards kids and will be outside and there will be lots of room for dancing. Bring

your school or class for a day joyous interaction, enthusiasm and a unique cross-cultural experience!
